Your health log stays yours.

Short version: medicine labels, schedules, dose events, and follow-ups stay in your browser’s on-device database. Dose Chain Log has no account, advertising, analytics, or health-data server.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the medicine labels, grouped time windows, optional intervals, event statuses and timestamps that you enter. It also stores pending follow-ups. This data remains in IndexedDB on this device until you clear site data or replace it through import.

Exports and imports

JSON and CSV exports are created on your device only when you request them. You decide where exported files go and whom to share them with. Imported JSON is read locally and replaces the current on-device log after confirmation.

Notifications and network use

If you grant notification permission, the installed app schedules local browser notifications for pending follow-ups. Browser and Android delivery rules apply. The app fetches its own files for installation and updates. It does not send health-log contents to Sociobot.

Purchase licenses

If you buy or restore the full unlock, a license token is stored in localStorage and sent to the Sociobot billing API to verify the purchase at most once per day. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot and its merchant of record, Dodo. Payment information is not handled by this app. The license request does not include medicine or event data.

Retention and deletion

Your data persists until you remove it using browser/app storage controls or import another backup. You can export first. Removing a license does not remove your dose log.
